		<description>I suppose frozen would work?  I actually got the package at Trader Joe&#039;s and they were fresh.  I think the TJ&#039;s package is 10 or 12 ounces.</description>

		<description>I have a question about the brussels sprouts:  when you say package, do you mean  frozen?  If so, did you let them defrost before cutting them?  I always want to buy frozen BS to have around, but then I can&#039;t figure out how to cut them up for whatever I&#039;m making.  I&#039;ve wondered if they would get mushy if I just let them defrost...</description>
